Mary Jo Townzen was born and raised in Santa Clara County. She currently resides in Campbell, California, with her husband, Todd, and the youngest of their three children. As a life-long resident of Silicon Valley, Mary Jo prides herself in being familiar with the nuances of its many different neighborhoods and the uniqueness of each community in our local area.

Mary Jo graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration. After working for the State of California for seven years, she accepted a job at The Harker School. After three years, working in finance at Harker, and with the support of the school’s administration, Mary Jo went on to earn her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.  She taught language arts at The Harker School until the end of the 2005-2006 school year. 

Mary Jo resigned from teaching to pursue a career in real estate. Her personal experience purchasing her own homes, has lead Mary Jo to believe that real estate is an essential part of every prudent financial portfolio.

Mary Jo loves working with people. She believes that listening to others is the most important step in providing excellent customer service.  Her integrity, along with her work ethic, attention to detail, and negotiation skills, help her to help those she works with realize their real estate goals as they pursue the American dream.
